Two weekends in a row now I found myself bitter with my husband for eating what I like to call “junk” while we were on hunting trips. I’ve been eating a Paleo diet for a year and two months now without “cheats.” At first, when I began my journey I insisted that my husband eat only what I could eat because otherwise I felt tempted. What you will find may alarm you, convict you, and challenge you just like it did me.Read More
